1. Products and 3D Printing
Our products are manufactured using 3D printing technology. Minor layer lines, surface textures, and slight variations in color or finish are normal characteristics of the manufacturing process. Actual product colors may vary slightly from images displayed on your screen.
2. Personalized and Custom Orders
Customers are responsible for reviewing the spelling, names, colors, and other customization options before submitting an order. We manufacture personalized products according to the information provided during checkout. If we make an error in manufacturing your order, we will provide an appropriate remedy.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars. Applicable shipping charges and taxes will be shown during checkout before payment. Orders must be paid in full before production begins.
We reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors, subject to applicable law. If a correction affects an existing order, we will contact the customer before proceeding.
4. Production and Shipping
Our standard production time is 2–5 business days. Shipping rates and delivery information are described in our Shipping Policy.
5. Cancellations and Returns
Personalized and custom orders may be canceled before production begins. Once production begins, change-of-mind cancellations may not be accepted. Returns, refunds, and remedies for defective or incorrect products are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable law.
6. Customer-Provided Designs
Customers uploading their own STL, 3MF, or other design files confirm that they own the designs or have permission to reproduce them. We reserve the right to decline projects that infringe intellectual property rights, violate applicable laws, or cannot be manufactured safely.
7. Product Use and Safety
Customers should use products only for their intended purposes. Unless explicitly identified as suitable for such use, our 3D-printed products are not intended for food contact, medical applications, or safety-critical purposes.
